With professional 3-D modeling and animation skills acquired through the MGMM Program at Western Colorado University, Artemis Murphy launched Minerva: Virtual Gallery Exhibitions.
Jessica Artemis Murphy is a graduate student at Western Colorado University, earning her MA in Gallery and Museum Management. She works at WCU as the Quigley Gallery Manager and Special Projects Coordinator. She received a Photography scholarship to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, then continued her college career at The University of Colorado at Boulder and Naropa University, studying Fine Art, Studio Art, Art History, Creative Writing and Performance.
Artemis Murphy has taught Art, Creative Writing and Stewardship to the youth of her communities and to those abroad. She was invited to Azerbaijan and Botswana by their Ministers of Culture to conduct photojournalism projects focused on education, women’s rights, and refugees of war. Artemis Murphy’s multi-media artwork has been exhibited across the globe, earning several awards and honors.
